A Festive competition that delivered more than cheer
With just three weeks from brief to presentation, I created a bold Christmas activation campaign for AXA offering customers the chance to win back their business insurance each day in December. Working through scamps, routes, and stakeholder presentations, the winning idea centred on typographic messaging styled as glowing Christmas lights.
Delivered across static and animated formats, the campaign shone bright — driving 39% more quotes, 32% more sessions on axa.co.uk, and 55% more sales via email compared to the previous year.

Softened Style, Sharpened Focus: Illustration Refresh for AXA
To align with AXA’s new illustration guidelines, I worked with their brand team to update existing visuals into more emotive, story-driven scenes.
Introducing facial expressions, subtle shading, and a softened colour palette, each illustration was designed around relatable small business scenarios, enhancing brand personality while staying true to core messaging.
One Year, One Team, One Story: the Power of Progress in Motion
With a brief to showcase team development over the course of a year, I designed and animated a showreel that balanced storytelling with brand style.
I worked from initial storyboards through to motion, choosing visuals that combined floral elements and green tones to echo the spring season. With a carefully selected upbeat track, the final result captured not just what the team achieved, but how far they’d come.
Pitch, Pick, Post: Delivering Social Content That Works for AXA
Working closely with AXA’s social media manager and external planning partner, I continuously delivered paid and organic creative designed to connect with small business owners.
Each month, a ‘Thought Starters’ deck is created which features initial concepts shaped by trending and small business related topics based on the planning insight shared by the external partner. From there, I would develop a mix of static and animated assets chosen for maximum engagement, helping drive awareness and traffic to AXA’s online resources.
